* TERMS & CONDITIONS.

.  001.  .  You agree that by bidding on this or any of my other Auctions, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on my Auctions description from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. I reserve the right, in my sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason..  002.  .  I, the Artist, will continue to be the original designer and will mantain the rights to share the image as portfolio/past work & it's commercial rights. You, the Buyer, will only be the owner and co-designer (if the buyer decides to modify the design). Only in the instace the Buyer pays the AB price, they will have full commercial rights; allowing the Buyer to sell, make merchandishing and make monetary profit from the character's design..  003.  .  By bidding on this Auction, you represent and warrant that:
(1) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions; (2) you are not under the age of 13; (3) not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside [, or if a minor, you have received parental permission to bid on the Auction];
If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, I have the right to suspend your bid and refuse any and all current or your future bids of my Auctions (or any event thereof)..  004.  .  Provided that you were granted Commercial Rights through AB, you are granted an ilimited license to use the Character on any media format and to print, sell, create merchandise of any version of the auctioned Character to which you have properly gained access for your personal and/or commercial use..  005.  .  It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms and Conditions to stay informed of updates. You will be subject to, and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the changes in any revised Terms and Conditions by your participation on the Auctions after the date such revised Terms and Conditions are posted..  006.  .  Payment plans have a non-refundable down payment in the event of the Buyer not meeting the rest of the payment's deadlines. The first & non-refundable payment is expected within 48h after the Auction is concluded. The remaining two transactions deadlines can be determined by the Buyer to me, with no more than 1 month between payments. The total amount will always be divided in 3 equal parts, decimals being rounded to the nearest hundredth in the needed cases.
